Point of Sales Technical Support
This position involves the installation of hardware and software in a restaurant environment, on call service, travel and patience.  We are seeking a resourceful performer that is able to identify possible solutions and apply one’s knowledge to meet a client’s needs.  One must be well organized with the ability to adapt to shifting requirements along with the following requirements:

Software and hardware troubleshooting	Strong communication skills
Knowledge of network installations	Windows operating systems
Restaurant experience is preferable	Excellent communication skills

Point of Sales Account Manager
This position is responsible for building POS business by marketing and selling POS hospitality systems and services and maintaining positive relationships with customers. He/She must also provide excellent customer service by ensuring ethical sales and service practices and by representing Bi-State Point of Sale Solutions with integrity and professionalism along with the following requirements:

Ability to work independently or as part of a team	Sales experience a plus
Solid technology background	Excellent communication and marketing skills
Restaurant experience is strongly desired	Excellent communication skills
